This harmonic joint module has a diameter of only 4 mm and weighs only 0.19 kg. Although small in size, it integrates a harmonic reducer, motor, encoder, driver, and brake. The main advantages of the harmonic joint motor are high integration, lightweight design, and high torque output. It can also be customized with a brake (the brake is locked when power is off and released before motion). The joint module can operate at extreme low temperatures down to -40°C, and the motor protection level can reach IP67 or IP68, making even deep-water operation possible.
