The HONPINE O6 bionic dexterous hand features 6 active joints and 5 passive joints. It offers high gripping force, precise force control, compact size, and lightweight design. The robot dexterous hand is a robot end effector that is highly imitative of the human hand. It adopts a five-finger anthropomorphic structure design and simulates the joint movement of the human hand through more than 15 degrees of freedom to achieve fine operations such as grasping and pinching. It is the core component of the robot to perform complex tasks. It belongs to the gripper type device in the robot end effector. Different from the traditional two-finger gripper, it has multi-modal perception and intelligent control capabilities, can adapt to irregular objects and complete precision operation tasks.

The large hollow bore rotary actuator typically integrates an internal rotor frameless torque motor with components such as a harmonic drive reducer, absolute encoder, and customized large hollow bore harmonic drive unit to form a complete rotary actuator assembly. Its control unit (drive system) is usually externally mounted, enabling high-precision motion control for connected equipment. Compared to standard rotary actuators, this series features a larger hollow bore diameter, allowing passage of lead screws, cables, and other components. It is designed for applications requiring large through-bore space, high precision, and compact integration, such as machine tool rotary tables, precision medical devices, 5-axis laser cutting systems, and semiconductor equipment.

The FHG-IV series harmonic drive features an input shaft configuration. It adopts an integrated sealed flange structure that combines harmonic drive components into a single unit, internally filled with specialized lubricating grease for simplified equipment integration. A high-rigidity cross roller bearing (main bearing) is integrated within the assembly. It is typically configured with either fixed circular spline and flexspline output or fixed flexspline and circular spline output.
