Small harmonic actuators are known for their compact size and high performance. They are commonly used in semiconductor equipment, 3C automation, laser equipment, CNC machine tools, and other precision automation applications. So, how should you select a small harmonic actuator for your application?
Hello everyone, I’m Theodore Li, Technical Director at HONPINE. Today, I will introduce HONPINE’s Series 11 small-size rotary actuators and their key configuration options.
HONPINE Series 11 rotary actuators can be flexibly configured with either a hollow shaft or a solid shaft, depending on the specific requirements of the application.

Depending on the application requirements, customers can choose a rotary actuator with or without a brake.
A brake can be configured when the application requires position holding or load retention after power is removed.

The Series 11 rotary actuator can be configured with a multi-resolution absolute encoder to meet different feedback and motion control requirements.
The positioning accuracy can reach ≤90 arcsec.
The repeatability can reach ≤20 arcsec.
