Features
The AGV driving motor, steering motor, gearbox, brake, and encoder are highly integrated into a single steering wheel module. This integrated structure significantly reduces the space required inside the AGV chassis and simplifies vehicle layout and mechanical design.
The TYD Steering wheel module is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous servo motor as standard. The steering motor is available with either an incremental encoder or multi-turn absolute encoder, providing high positioning accuracy, high resolution, and fast response.
The encoder interface is designed for simple integration and broad compatibility with different AGV control systems.
The TYD driven steering wheel module supports a wide range of load capacities and can be customized for different heavy-duty industrial AGV applications.
Explosion-proof configurations are also available for AGVs operating in hazardous industrial environments.
HONPINE can provide customized explosion-proof steering wheel modules with certifications and configurations such as Ex db IIC T4 Gb and Ex db IIC T5 Gb, according to the application and required explosion-protection specifications.
