The HONPINE HPJM-RE planetary joint module series adopts a large hollow shaft design across the entire product line, with the hollow ratio exceeding 11%, enabling easier internal cable routing and improved system integration.
● Self-Developed High-Precision 24-Bit Dual Encoder
HONPINE’s self-developed 24-bit dual encoder enables higher motion accuracy, more stable motion performance, more precise torque control, and improved closed-loop feedback control.
● Backlash < 10 Arc-minutes
The ultra-low backlash design ensures smoother operation and higher positioning accuracy during equipment operation, significantly improving the repeatability and precision of automated systems.
● Stable Operation up to ≤67°C
Designed with durability and thermal stability in mind, the module can operate continuously within a temperature range of 0–67°C while maintaining stable performance, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.
