Improved Production Efficiency

By integrating gripping and weighing functions into a single device, the WEPG Series enables direct in-line weighing after picking products from the production line, eliminating the need for separate transfer to a weighing station and significantly improving production efficiency.

For example, the traditional lithium battery weighing process is:

Robot arm → pick battery cell → transfer to weighing station → release cell → scale weighing → re-grip cell → transfer back to production line.

With the HONPINE WEPG Series, the process is simplified to:

Pick battery cell → weigh with gripper → place back on production line.


High Measurement Accuracy

The WEPG Series achieves a repeatability accuracy of ±0.2 g at 10 kg load, reaching a system precision level of 0.002% (1/50,000), fully meeting the strict weighing requirements of lithium battery electrolyte filling processes.
