The HONPINE EVS Series Electric Vacuum Actuator is a compact and energy-efficient EOAT solution designed for industrial automation such as pick-and-place, palletizing, and material handling.
Weighing only 2.5 kg with a payload capacity up to 10 kg, it delivers strong performance in a lightweight structure. Powered by a 24 V low-voltage system, it reduces energy consumption to about 20% of traditional pneumatic systems, helping lower operating costs.
The EVS features adjustable suction force from 102 N to 510 N for different workpieces. Its compact design is 30% smaller than pneumatic solutions, making it suitable for space-limited robot applications.
With direct robot mounting, real-time vacuum feedback, and intelligent monitoring functions, the EVS ensures stable, efficient, and reliable operation in automated production lines.

Features

Compact and Lightweight Design

For the same payload capacity, the EVS is 30% smaller than traditional pneumatic vacuum systems. It connects directly to the robot arm's end connector, eliminating bulky pneumatic accessories and making it ideal for palletizing, material handling, and automated transfer applications.


Flexible End-Effector Configurations

Compatible with a wide range of suction cups, vacuum pads, air bladders, and other end-of-arm accessories, enabling reliable handling of objects with various shapes, including:

  • Irregularly shaped components

Independent Dual-Channel Control

The left and right vacuum channels can be controlled independently, significantly improving production efficiency. This allows simultaneous pick-and-place operations, making object handling and sorting faster while saving both time and workspace.


Adjustable Suction Force

The vacuum level can be adjusted according to the characteristics of different workpieces, with real-time vacuum compensation ensuring stable gripping performance throughout the handling process.


Real-Time Status Feedback

Built-in vacuum sensors continuously monitor the gripping status of the workpiece, providing real-time feedback and alarm notifications to enhance operational reliability.


Power-Off Holding Protection

In the event of a power failure, the actuator maintains the vacuum grip through a self-locking mechanism, helping protect the workpiece from accidental drops.

Supports both 24 V I/O control and MODBUS RTU (RS485) communication protocols, allowing seamless integration with industrial automation systems and robot controllers.


Easy Installation and Commissioning
