The CR-05E-C00 is a 6-axis collaborative robotic arm (Cobot) with a 5 kg payload and a lightweight body weighing only 24 kg. Featuring a 912 mm working radius and ±0.05 mm repeatability, it provides an excellent balance of precision and flexibility for applications such as precision assembly, machine tending, material handling, and quality inspection. ● High-Performance Specifications

The CR-05E-C00 offers a rated payload of 5 kg while weighing only 24 kg, making it easy to transport, install, and deploy. With an overall length of 1092.65 mm and a maximum working radius of 912 mm, it is suitable for handling medium-sized workpieces. Its ±0.05 mm repeatability provides the precision required for high-accuracy automation tasks.


● Flexible Motion Performance

The robot features six highly flexible joints. The motion range of joints J1 to J6 covers ±100° to ±360°, while Joint 6 supports continuous ±360° rotation, enabling greater flexibility for complex operations. Each joint can achieve a maximum speed of 220°/s, and the maximum tool center point (TCP) speed reaches 3 m/s, ensuring fast and efficient cycle times.


● Environmental Adaptability and Durability

The entire collaborative robotic arm is rated IP54, providing effective protection against dust and water splashes. It is designed to operate reliably in ambient temperatures ranging from 0°C to 60°C with a maximum relative humidity of 90% (non-condensing), making it suitable for a wide variety of industrial environments.


● Installation and Power Consumption

The CR-05E-C00 supports installation at any angle, including floor-mounted, wall-mounted, ceiling-mounted, and inclined configurations, allowing flexible integration into different production layouts. The robot has an average power consumption of 600 W and a peak power consumption of 1800 W, delivering an excellent balance between performance and energy efficiency.


● Flange Interface Design

The end flange is equipped with Φ6H7 and Φ31.5H7 locating holes, together with four equally spaced M6 threaded holes (EQS), allowing users to quickly install various end effectors such as robotic grippers, vacuum suction cups, and other tooling. The robot base features four Φ9 mounting holes and four R25 arc slots, ensuring a rigid and secure connection to worktables or automation equipment.
