●  Introduction

The micro servo electric cylinder linear actuator is a compact and integrated linear servo system. It combines a servo motor, sensor, encoder, and precision linear transmission mechanism to enable high-precision displacement and force output via digital control. Serving as a core motion component in advanced electromechanical systems, it is widely used in robotics, medical devices, and industrial automation equipment.
The actuator integrates a coreless (hollow cup) motor, a precision reducer, a screw-driven mechanism, a sensor, and a closed-loop control system. It offers a compact size, high power density, and excellent precision, making it suitable for precise servo control at any point within its stroke. Thanks to the built-in absolute position sensor, position data is retained even after power loss, eliminating the need for homing.

  • The flat design (e.g., only 44 mm thickness in the LAS series) makes it ideal for installation in tight or constrained spaces.

  • The planetary roller screw mechanism delivers a service life of over 2 million cycles, offering high rigidity and long-term durability.

  • In force control mode, it can stably output micro-forces as low as 0.005 N, ensuring protection for delicate or fragile workpieces.
