●  Introduction

The electric rotary gripper is a mechatronic end effector that combines gripping and rotation functions. It drives the gear or synchronous belt mechanism through the built-in servo motor to achieve synchronous rotation during the workpiece grasping process (such as screwing bottle caps and assembling gears). Its core consists of a motor, a reducer, a gripper mechanism, and a controller. It supports 360° rotation without dead angles and precise control of the rotation angle, and is suitable for scenes such as automated assembly lines and laboratory instrument operations.

Rotational Precision and Flexibility

  • High-Precision Control: Achieves repeatable positioning accuracy of ±0.02 mm and rotational angle accuracy of up to ±0.02°, meeting the demands of precision assembly.

  • Unlimited Rotation: Supports continuous 360° forward and reverse rotation, suitable for complex operations such as screwdriving and part flipping.



Mechatronic Integration

  • Integrated Drive and Control: Combines servo motor and controller, simplifying pneumatic circuit design and enabling plug-and-play operation.

  • Drop Detection: Includes grasp feedback and drop detection capabilities.



Adaptability and Intelligence

  • Adjustable Gripping Force and Speed: Single-finger gripping force adjustable between 4–100 N, and programmable rotational speed control; suitable for both fragile items (e.g., eggs) and heavy-duty parts.

  • Modular Expansion: Supports quick toolhead replacement and is compatible with industrial protocols such as Modbus RTU (RS485), enabling one-click production task switching.



Compactness and Compatibility

  • Miniaturized Design: As small as half the size of a water bottle, ideal for deployment in confined spaces.
